Hi! We're Charlotte and Jason Stanek, the proud owners of Timber and Tula. Alongside our children, Lexi, Landon, and Dylan, we've poured our hearts into creating a place where couples can celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives. It only seemed fitting that Tula, our Great Pyrenees, would become the namesake of the Venue. She's the heart behind the “Tula” at Timber & Tula, by our side every step of this journey! From the first ideas and dreams to the countless hours of building something special. Loyal, loving, and always watching over the property, she perfectly represents everything we hope couples experience here: warmth, comfort, and a place that feels like home.
The dream of owning a wedding venue began years ago while planning my own wedding. I quickly fell in love with wedding planning and found myself dreaming of creating a venue that was timeless, welcoming, and full of character someday. A place where every couple could create unforgettable and enchanting memories. What started as a dream has grown into a passion project that our entire family has embraced. For the past three years, we've spent nearly every evening, weekend, and vacation rebuilding our historic barn by hand while balancing full-time careers. Jason works for the railroad, and I work as a Quality Assurance Analyst. It's been a labor of love filled with long days, hard work, and countless sacrifices, but every step has brought us closer to bringing our vision to life.
Our children are a huge part of Timber & Tula. They each contribute their own unique talents and play an important role in helping ensure each wedding runs as smooth as possible, and help our beautiful brides make their wedding day feel incredibly special and unique to them.
