Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests.


Yes, we have ab open vendor policy. You can bring your own vendors or choose from our preferred vendor list.


The barn offers a gorgeous indoor ceremony backup space with full seating and lighting.


Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Barn, Grooms Suite, or the Harmhouse. However, there is a designated smoking area you are welcome to use.


Yes, we are pet-friendly venue! It is the pet owners responsibly to watch and care of the animal(s) and their safety, as well as the safely of guests and visitors around the animal(s). We are not responsible for the pets or their behavior. 


Fireworks are prohibited on Timber and Tula property other than sparklers used for “send-offs”. Sparklers must be held at least 25 feet away from the building.


A $500.00 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking. This booking fee will turn into a damage deposit for your event and will be refunded to you within 30 days after your wedding. (Provided there is no damage or additional charges.)

Payments can be made by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. (Venmo & PayPal payments allow credit cards.)

Yes, and while this is standard practice throughout the wedding industry, at Timber and Tula Wedding and Event Venue, we want your special day to be as stress-free and beautiful as possible. To help protect you, your guests, and our venue, we require all couples to obtain their own event insurance policy for their wedding celebration. You must submit proof of event insurance 30 days prior to your event date. 


Event insurance provides coverage for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your wedding day - such as cancellations, property damage, or liability claims. This coverage helps safeguard your investment and ensures peace of mind for everyone involved.


The quickest option is to buy it online through a trusted wedding insurance provider like The Event Helper, WedSafe, or Markel Specialty. It only takes a few minutes to get a quote and secure coverage. Just be sure to list Timber & Tula Wedding and Event Venue as an “Additional Insured” on the policy.
